My Philosophy Of Education

As a definition Education is a way of learning and the acquisition of knowledge , skills , values ,morals and personal development. In my opinion education have many crucial aims, it has social aim, every human being is born with his own potential,education helps the student to meet his potential, also i can say that education makes the individual accountable to the nations.Another aim for education is the moral aim, education is the process that helps student to build his own characters,most values goodness, honesty are being taught during education. teachers should have an ideal methods of learning in order to have a productive class, first method is brain storming , when the teacher enters the call is better to start reviewing the lesson rather than to continue explanation , in this case the teacher is helping the student remember the previous lesson,another method is the cooperation method by which teachers is dividing the class into groups  to work together in order to reach common learning goals.However in education there is something called curriculum which is the central guide for all educators to what is essential for teaching and learning  , teachers should be aware carefully how the curriculum is and how much they are delivering a quality of information.during the education period every teacher has his/her specific role in the class , first thing teachers should be father/mother in the class he is creating a generation he should shape the students future in a good way,also the teachers imparts knowledge good values ,traditions , modern-day. not only teachers have role in classes but also students have role in classes, they should learn what they are being taught, they should behave and treat other friends in a good way and they should be respectful.
