To be a teacher is to be a leader with an ideal manner manner in order to achieve your goals without any troubles, every teacher has her/his own way of teaching and has their own thoughts in teaching and learning ,but my thoughts in teaching and learning is we must know about teaching as a profession is that teaching is the process of inspiring and motivating students to understand specific concept and to exceed their potentials or even to help this student to be strong in order to show his /her potentials which means is to empower the student.Also teaching in my opinion is to follow all your students without any discrimination they are all your students and as a teacher they all should understand the lesson equally without any cheating or adding for students more than others. During my teaching period i was depending on the concept of teaching in order to gain knowledge for our real life , if i am explaining a lesson in math i should help them to apply this lesson in their real life because every concept in every lesson whatever the major is , its taken from real life and studies have done it. Every teacher will have different types of students with different cultures and different emotions , this should be taken into consideration since every type of student should treated in a specific way in order to help him , some students are low achievers some are high , this is one of the most challenges that the teacher could face , in this case the teacher should make groups and put low achiever with high achievers. In addition , i teach every grade with a specific way but how ? for example grade 3 would prefer to use toys and colors while studying this would be a good way to improve students. Eventually, i can say that teaching is not only a profession , its also a mission.
